Work-a-holic syndrome
So life has spun into a work-a-holic spree and well I've been engulfed in it.
First I was working 6 days a week and my only day off was Saturday. So deciding that I wanted to go to San Diego to see my friends and family that day was spent.
But then work turned crazy and I realized I've worked 42 hours this week, which is weird because normally I'm only scheduled for 35 or 36, so I've been losing my mind. Training for an assistant manager is hard work, and its even harder when you get to open by yourself and everything goes WRONG.
-having to deliver catering orders
-having a piece of metal fall from the roof, into a car through the drive-thru window (yea OMG)
-having 2 employees decide not to show up to work or even call because they don't really care
-having someone complain because one of my employees spoke Spanish to her.
-Dealing with customer drama
-Dealing with employee drama
-dealing with computers that go haywire
-Having the fans break
yea talk about a stressful week...
to top it off with that awesome cherry of hate,
my computer decides it hates me and gets a virus...
So I got to back up and restore everything... which I'm still in the mist of doing, just wanted to blog and vent a tad.

DR. HORRIBLE/ FELICIA DAY
But in super fun news, after work I went to Paleyfest and saw the Dr. Horrible panel. It was awesome, everyone was really funny! Neal Patrick Harris was in another country so he couldn't make it, but still fun to watch. I must say Felicia day is the one of the most internet savvy people ever. She really learned out to get herself out there.
Plus I got her autograph!
She's really nice in person.
I must admit I admire her dedication and intelligence. After all she writes and acts in The Guild. Brilliant show.
She inspires me, its cool to see someone gain such success from the internet by using certain tools in the most effective ways. You've set quite the example Felicia Day, and I hope to follow in your footsteps as you've inspired me so much.
I took lots of random chaotic shots, so they aren't so flattering. I really wanted to get a picture with her but she was bombarded with fans. I guess I'm not the only Felicia fan.
I'm really glad she made it out to this event.
Joss Wheden and his brothers are extremely talented people. Talk about a success! Dr. Horrible won a bunch of awards and was considered one of the best inventions of 2008.
They just prove the brillance of internet media and where it COULD lead.
Nathan Fillion aka Captain Hammer was absolutely hilarious. Everything he said made me laugh in my chair. Sometimes I think part of him really wants to be Captain Hammer so when he can save the world in the cheesiest way possible.
It was a great night and well worth the 45 min drive to get there.
